About This Event
The 2018 JDRF Revolution Ride to Defeat Diabetes is a high-energy stationary cycling event. The Ride is a fun opportunity for individuals and companies to take part in what is sure to be the best team event of 2018. Participants will enjoy a day of friendly competition while raising funds and awareness for type 1 diabetes (T1D). The Ride has raised over $50 million for diabetes research since its start in 1988, with a national goal of $3.83 million this year. Our 2018 goal for the Toronto Ride is 3,700 riders and $1.49 million raised.
The Real Estate Ride is a staple event in the real estate industry. Each fall, hundreds of professionals from the top real estate companies take to bikes and gives back to the city we love. On Thursday, October 4th at 4:10pm, riders will arrive onsite at Yonge-Dundas Square to 140 spin bikes. With an announcement of the impact we are making, we will kick off the event with a “Ready, Set, Go” and each rider will pedal as fast and as hard as they can for 7 minutes straight.
This year, the Real Estate Ride goal is to raise over $250,000. We are confident that with your support, we can achieve it! Join us for one of the top real estate industry events of the year and make a difference to the thousands of Canadians living with T1D.
